PCM Engineering
These machines are used to smooth, engrave and laminate different products, from traditional fabrics to technical products (PE, PU, PVC, etc.).
The embossing is obtained by heating the material with cylinders heated by diathermic oil and with a furnace operating with IR or catalytic panels (fueled by propane or methane gas). Subsequently the material is pressed between an engraved cylinder (cooled) and a counter-roller (rubberized fabrics, chrome for the foamed materials). The machine is also equipped with a cooling system and a control unit for heating the diathermic oil. The dimensions of the cylinders vary depending on the width of the machine and of the product to be embossed
