The welding machine (both head-to-head and flush) allows the welding of different thermo-fusible materials. By introducing a welding machine along the line of production, it is possible to splice the coils that must be processed allowing the production process to be continuous. Operation time: up to two minutes for the welding, depending on the type of material together with its thickness and density.
Thicknesses of materials to weld can vary from 0 to 75 mm. Whether the most suitable machine will be head to head or rush will be determined acoordingly to the thickness and to the material.
Off line for the welding of sheets of PE, PU, etc..
