In processing lines where products are processed in rolls, it is necessary to have appropriate systems for the unwinding.
The products to be unwinded can be of different sizes (widths, internal and external diameters) and of a different nature, as foam, fabric, film, paper, aluminum or other. Materials can be unwinded with different options, at contact or axially, the unwinding can be with supports or cantilever and the shafts for the unwinding can be expandable or with cones or rings of containment.
The braking system is a fundamental component of an unwinding process. For this reason our unwinders can be equipped with mechanical manual or pneumatic brakes, as well as with electric or motorized brakes. Appropriate verifying systems for diameters and tensions ensure that the rolls are unwinded with the same linear tension during the entire production process.
