In order to reduce and minimize the amout of waste during the production process, it is often necessary to align the products under process, before they go to the next phases (i.e. lamination, trimmings cutting and winding).
To serve the scope of aligning products, different types of devices can be used: guide carriages with pivoted-steered trolleys, or electromechanical devices for the movement of winding and unwinding trolleys.
The products to be aligned are detected by sensors which, more precisely, detect the edges or the center of the product and then allow the electronic control devices to make the proper corrections.
